Body Image

If I ask you to talk about your body image, what emotions come up? When I asked this question on social media, the responses were about what I expected based on my experience with people, including my own self. Most people have some more negative emotions when they think about their bodies, some were neutral and less than half shared positive feelings. This episode is about body image and about how we choose to put ourselves on display to the world.
