Ep. 9: Communication Exercises

Communication exercises have literally changed the game for how we get the most out of the hardest situations. 

We're learning to turn hard convos into rich experiences that we can always draw from in the future.

We're sharing real life exercises that we use on a daily basis (well, because we communicate with each other on a daily basis).

We also talk about how we have had to deal with frustrations with each other because of misunderstandings (i.e. lack of communication) and STILL get a good perspective on it. 

That's exactly how we have come up with these exercises, by trial and error (mostly error) but they count for something too!
