We discuss a different approach to team compensation that Nevin has always used, and discussed how he treats his clients like gold bars that he isn’t willing to part with. Josh and Nevin expounded on the idea that clients don’t “need” you to sell their house but they do NEED you to sell their house for top dollar, keep them out of hot water, and counsel them throughout the process. This episode was chock full of tangible take aways.
