He's Back! Kettlebell master Ryan Jankowitz is back on the show! Let's goooo!
Ryan Jankowitz uses his online kettlebell programs to help men and women lose 10-15lbs., shed their spare tire and build lean muscle so that they fit better in their clothes, look better naked and move like they did in their 20's. During the pandemic, Ryan transitioned his in person personal training business to an online model that's allowed him to work with people across the country. He's a level 2 certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor, or RKC II for short, through Dragon Door. Ryan has assisted at a number of kettlebell certification workshops on the east coast where he helps other personal trainers and kettlebell enthusiasts enhance their kettlebell and coaching knowledge. He earned his BS from Virginia Tech in 2004 where he studied Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise. He also holds a nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition. Ryan, his wife and 2 dogs live in Maryland and they enjoy getting outdoors and hanging out on the beach.
