’LETTERS TO THE CHURCH: ‘THE LIVING CHURCH’ | REVELATION 3:1-3 & MATTHEW 18:1-5

REVELATION 3:1-3
“I know all the things you do, and that you have a reputation for being alive—but you are dead. Wake up! Strengthen what little remains, for even what is left is almost dead. I find that your actions do not meet the requirements of my God. Go back to what you heard and believed at first; hold to it firmly. Repent and turn to me again. If you don’t wake up, I will come to you suddenly, as unexpected as a thief.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR A CHURCH TO BE ALIVE?

- WELCOME THE CHILDREN

- BECOME LIKE A CHILD

MATTHEW 18:1-5
Who is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?” Jesus called a little child to him and put the child among them. Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. “And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf* is welcoming me.

- READY TO LEARN

- ABLE TO FIND AWE

- HUMILITY = NEEDING OTHERS
