Sid Owsley is a world traveler, online marketer, motivational speaker, and health enthusiast. He has use consistency as his method to finding good health and reaching his fitness goals. He grew up with some weight problems, as well as seeing some of the health problems individuals in his community were developing and did not want this to be his reality. He has made consistency, with occasional indulgences, that he does not beat himself up for, part of his regular life.
