Helen Bett, IT Service Director at Manchester Airport Group:
Holding a French literature degree Helen fell into a role in IT almost by accident. She was a translator for an organisation when she was asked to join the IT department to help with the service desk. From this point, she never looked back. She is a firm advocate of customer service, getting things right the first time and making time for her team.
