Today I want to look at the time in any managers life when one of their directs hands in their notice. It can be a time of shock, maybe relief but it will mean change is coming.

No matter how hard you try to be the best boss, no matter what the company does to have succession plans and perks, People will leave at some point, sometimes its triggered by the natural growth of an individual, sometimes its due to a better package offered, and sometimes people just want a change.
