My guest is the author of Ten Easy Wins for Easier Fat Loss. Alex Feinberg is a former Sales Rep & Analyst at Google. He now works as the Director of Business Development at a cyptocurrency exchange, but says his true passion is being able to help others achieve their health goals.

At just 34 years old, Alex is a strong advocate for health & wellness. The three (3) books he's written endorse his diet manifesto & recipes.

In this episode, Alex talks about his early days as a baseball player at Vanderbilt University. He believes Vandy was able to recruit players with high potential not just in an academic setting, but also in sports. He gives examples of Commodore athletes who had extreme intelligence that didn't always translate to the classroom.

Also, Alex discusses how being in good shape is an advantage in the "real world." He says people in good shape are almost always going to get preferred at work—something he first noticed at Google. They weren't hiring overweight people.

You're likely to get hired if your body conveys that you have the ability to discipline yourself and keep a consistent work schedule. Alex also talks about eating right. He reveals how he found the diet framework that worked for him and how it opened up many opportunities.

This conversation was everything I anticipated it would be.
