Do you feel guilty when you send your kids to school?
Many SAHM feel guilt for sending their kids to school because it is their "job" to take care of their family and their home.
Moms feel guilty for sending their kids to school or paying for childcare when that is mean to be "their job" and they aren't bringing in an income.
"If I'm not making money then I shouldn't pay someone to help with my kids."
There is no "job" description for SAHM. There are no mandated breaks. You can't just look at your kid and say;
"Sorry that's not part of my job description."
"Not right now, I'm on my 10 minute break!"
You aren't meant to life or parenting alone. Humans are social beings. No one is meant to work 24/7.
You need help, you deserve help.
Take a break today! We are mandating SAHM breaktime today! Set a time and clock in and out (even if just for 30 seconds). Something is always more than nothing.
