Being a SAHM can feel like your brain isn't getting the stimulation it needs at times. Your patience is surely getting lots of exercise, but your mind can feel like it's turning to mush!

As a SAHM you also get an amazing perk you may not be awake of...focus!

Do you remember when "multitasking" was all the rage? When everyone wrote, "ability to multitask" on their resume.

Now we know that taking on 5 different tasks at the same time isn't all its cracked up to be. It is overwhelming and you aren't able to give your full attention and abilities to each task.

A SAHM improves your focus by allowing you to put your energy towards being a SAHM. While you focus on being a SAHM this allows your husband or partner to put their focus into their work.

The more you focus on one task or one area, the more you can become proficient at it and become an expert. Thus saving you time and energy.

While being a SAHM involves juggling lots of ball and certainly some multitasking in there; it also give you the gift of focusing on your family.

In a time when moms are bombarded with message of "Mom can do it all!" know that doing it all is also being a SAHM.
