Monday MamAffirmation: I am an amazing mom in the past, present and future

Look yourself in the mirror and repeat the affirmation.

Some moms and women don't like getting older (hello 29th birthday year after year); but the cool thing about getting older is have more experience and you become more confident in yourself and your abilities.

A few years ago you were a great mom! Now you have more experience and you an even better mom. In the future you will be even more confident because of all the experience you have.

You learn more as you age. It doesn't take away how great of a person and mom you were a few years ago - it just means you were trying your best then and you are trying your best now too, you just have a bit more knowledge and confidence now thanks to past you!

Moms of multiple children often site that with each child they get a bit more confident. They didn't become a better mom by child 4 or 5, they simply had more experience and confidence.

You always have been and always will be a fantastic mom.
