Managing personal finance can be an overwhelming and stressful process, especially if you have not been taught about financial wellness. Jillian is on a mission to help women heal their relationship and start using money in alignment with their vision and values. She discusses the 4 aspects of financial wellness that she feels are important in order to have a deeper understanding of what it means to have true financial wellness. She also gives tips on how couples can discuss money while being productive and friendly.




Jillian is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of North Carolina with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She is also one of the first woman-identified Financial Therapists in North Carolina, which means that she specializes in helping professional women and moms feel good about their relationship with money. She is a Mom, a recovering people-pleaser and perfectionist.
