It seems that humans tend to make plans for everything else in their lives, except when it comes to their relationships. They just wing it. Dr. Robin Buckley recognized this pattern and created programming to help high achieving individuals thrive in their careers and relationships.

Dr. Buckley is an author, professional speaker, and cognitive behavioral coach who works with executive women and high performance couples. She has a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and served as a doctoral professor and dissertation chair for students in business leadership, education and healthcare. She has published two books, and is a columnist for several well known publications. Her proprietary coaching model uses a business framework and cognitive behavioral strategies to support clients in creating and executing concrete strategic plans for developing their careers and relationships.

Our discussion includes:

Parenting, Dr. Buckley’s TED talk, and personal growth.

Sexual wellness, college choices, and gap years.

Using business strategies in relationships.

Using cognitive behavioral strategies in couples coaching.

Writing books for adolescent girls and career advice.

Relationship planning and cognitive behavioral tools.
