Megan Roberts is the program coordinator of Moms Supporting Moms, a peer-based support program for moms housed under the non-profit SafeChild NC. She is also the PSI-NC coordinator for the Triangle Region. Megan has dedicated her life to supporting mothers, particularly those navigating postpartum mental health issues. In today’s episode Megan shares her own story of battling postpartum anxiety, and some of the lessons she’s learned from 6 years of offering support to mothers during the fourth trimester and beyond.
