Oh sleep! This word comes with so much emotion as a mom. Sleep is essential at any age, it powers the mind and restores the body. There is no “do this and they will sleep” and as a Mama Coach I help you find sleep in a way that is comfortable for you, your baby and your family.  As a Registered Nurse, its important to look at all aspects that affect sleep – feeding, circadian rhythm, development, environment and more.  In this episode I share with you the science of sleep – this information is important to start as a foundation when working on sleep. When you understand why your baby is sleeping the way they do we can then make changes and achieve those amazing sleep goals!
