Latching & How to Ensure a Great Latch from the Start!

You have just run the marathon of labour and birthing your baby, you are exhausted! Women are going home as soon as possible after delivery, and sometimes feeding is not fully established. Ensuring your baby has a big beautiful latch right from the start is a game changer! In this episode I break down how to get your baby to have a great latch so you can feel more comfortable and confident with breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is natural but that does not mean it is easy and I am here for you as you navigate breastfeeding.  Our Prenatal Breastfeeding class is prefect whether you are a first-time mom and want to have more knowledge ahead of your baby’s arrival and/or this your previous time breastfeeding didn’t go as you had hoped. Knowledge is power and the more you know the easier feeding can be.
