We loved our conversation with Harriet Minter and Collette Philip. Harriet is a journalist, broadcaster, coach and co-host of the Badass Women's Hour. She also writes a column for Psychologies Magazine.  Collette Philip is the Founder of Brand by Me.

In this conversation they discussed their transition from the corporate world to running their own businesses, how they planned for that financially, the money targets they set themselves and their revenue streams. In addition, they also discuss business coaching (Harriet is Collette's business coach), how the relationship came about and Collette explores why she decided to work with Harriet and the impact coaching has had on her business.  We talked for so long that we created a mini-sode which will follow this episode.
