What are the pros and cons of running short term and long-term coaching programs and what are the varying lengths of programs you see being used by coaches right now? A shorter program sounds like it could be a good starting point for some clients. How do coaches then lead clients to the next step of a longer program?  What are some things that should be included in each of these programs?   Do you have any suggestions about pricing a shorter program?   Are there any common mistakes you see being made that should be avoided?
