Kris starts off with how he met Ty and Doggy before he discusses his role at WWC and the skills he brings to the team. The guys make fun of Kris for his initial speed at sanding cutting boards before building him up a little bit.

The guys talk about 3D drawing vs. pencil sketches - the pros and cons for both quick sketches and detailed sketches for yourself and for the client. Kris brings up sharpening knives and chisels, and how Tyler has never seen (or used) a chisel in his life; he discusses day-to-day operations at WWC and the tasks he takes on as the first "employee."
