Pro wrestling is what I (Kelly) would describe as "a background weirdness" in life. It's waaaaay back there in the reality of my mind. It exists, but I'm not sure why. What we DO know is that there are plenty of negative aspects. Lives are ruined (watch The Wrestler you guys), women are treated like walking pieces of meat, and there is a ton of yelling and threats and destruction of perfectly good folding chairs! Yet somehow, our buddy Dan Black is completely obsessed with it.
Dan Black is a spicy Long Island-born comedy dude we've known and performed with for ages. He has his very own podcast called The Comedians of Wrestling which you should listen to immediately and he was so good at talking about pro wrestling that we are thinking of doing a follow-up episode. He's just that passionate.
