He is a top 5 ATM fund operator and early investor in Bitcoin and digital assets, advising at Off the Chain Capital. Dave founded The Real Asset Investor in 2015 after realizing the significant tax liabilities resulting from his successful businesses. He became an expert in tax strategy and investments, educating himself and seeking out asset classes and operators to benefit both his tax situation and wealth building. Dave is also a sought-after speaker who has shared his knowledge on various media platforms.

Denis Shapiro

Denis is Managing Partner at SIH Capital Group LLCDenis started investing in real estate in 2012, learning the ropes with a single-family rental in a low-income area. He diversified his portfolio over the years, investing in multi-million dollar apartment buildings, mobile home parks, and note funds. Denis co-founded an investment club in 2019 and launched SIH Capital Group, an alternative investment fund for accredited investors seeking passive income.
