Luis XL Garcia needs no introduction in Portugal. He’s one of the country’s main DJ’s, since the early days of Portugal’s dance scene way back in the 80’s. After being one of Kremlin’s (Lisbon) resident DJ’s (one of Portugal’s main clubs at the time) in 1993 XL Garcia headed to the North of Portugal to open Terminal X in Oporto and became one of the leading names in the DJ circuit.
