Texas v. PA, GA, MI, WI

Don’t be fooled by the sloppy way in which the leftist media is handling the current Texas v. Pennsylvania lawsuit. As an Original Jurisdiction suit, filed by the state of Texas against one or more states, the Supreme Court will hear this case. Unlike the >1% of cases the Supreme Court hand selects each year to hear, an Original Jurisdiction suit gives the Supreme Court little to no say as to whether or not they will take this case.
