Sean is the Managing Director of McGarry & Associates, a specialist quantity surveying consultancy based out of Perth, Western Australia. Sean's firm focuses on the mining and resources industries. In 1996 Sean set up his own practice and from humble beginnings and has grown it into one of the most respected specialist quantity surveying consulting practices in Australia.

Sean has a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the renowned Trinity College in Dublin. He has experience working with PQS firms and Tier 1 Construction businesses like Leighton Contractors working on a range of commercial, civil and resourcing projects throughout Australia.
