On this episode of Made to Measure - A Construction Podcast, we are joined by Stephen Walter.

Stephen is currently the National Estimating Lead for Bellwether Contractors. He is also a Chartered Professional Engineer. Previous to his current role, Stephen held Senior Estimating positions with various Tier 1 Contractors such as Abigroup (Lendlease), John Holland, Probuild and Laing O'Rourke.

In terms of Tier 1 Contractors it doesn't get much bigger than that.

This episode will be very useful for any Engineers seeking to make a move into Estimating or anyone at Intermediate level wanting to find out what ingredients you will require in order to step up into Management or Senior Level roles.
