With the increasing population in Australia comes the need for more housing, commercial buildings, social spaces, and infrastructure. Employment in this industry rose to 1.18 million people in 2019, however, declined in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID-19. Sector-wise, the value of construction work in the private sector was significantly higher than in the public sector. It's interesting to see how the market has shifted and skilled Contract Administrators are in high demand now compared to a couple of years ago when they were struggling to find employment.

Meet at a café or pub and build a relationship with your potential hire
