Ep 50: Noor Shaik; Project Manager, Design Manager, Burj Khalifa Hall of Famer #MEETDONTDELETE

On episode 50 of MEA$URED we are joined by Noor Shaik. #MEETDONTDELETE
Noor has over 15 years experience working in the construction industry establishing herself as a leading Project and Design Manager on multi faceted, internationally recognised Health & Commercial Projects. She's has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Hall of Famer on the world's largest building; The Burj Khalifa in Dubai. 
Noor immigrated to Australia in 2019 to provide more opportunities for her children however unfortunately she arrived only a few months before the Covid Pandemic and has struggled to find work with the majority of companies telling her that her lack of local experience is a big issue. 
Noor has permanent residency in Australia, she lives in Sydney with her two children and is seeking work in Project or Design Management. 
When it comes to complex healthcare or major commercial buildings, I believe Noor would be an asset to any team. She's only worked for 3 companies in her life and has never had to interview at one, because she's always had a recommendation from a former employer to hire her.
