Joe tells the story of how he and his co-founders took Graphite from their first project, (one they did in exchange for parking spaces in Sydney) growing it to become one of Australia's most respected high end fitout and refurbishment specialists. 

Joe is generous with his experience, sharing how he transitioned without a formal degree from a secure job in aviation, coming up through the ranks of construction in his 30s. Given Joe's versatile path, this is an episode for anyone at a "fork in the road" in their career.
