"Hi, my name is Rebecca. 15 years ago as a wife and a mother of 2 amazing girls, I was feeling a little out of touch with myself and unbalanced in my lifestyle. This affected my mind, body, and spirit so I decided to pursue wellness, empowerment, and restoration. I began by educating myself on nutrition, physical exercise, and mental/spiritual optimization.
During this process, I learned how counting macros instead of fad dieting could have powerful effects on the body and mind.
Like most women, I began with cardio, because that is an easy place to start. However, I quickly found the benefits of strength training and HIIT exercise. Through my journey, I developed a healthy mind, body, and spirit and my vision and purpose is to share that with other women."
