Jill is a Process Communication practitioner and use PCM profiles as a basis to coach, develop and sometimes repair communications between people.As well as training and coaching she facilitates leadership groups of senior leaders who want to continually develop and stay ahead.Today she enjoys making a difference and unlocking possibilities and potential for her clients all over the world. She is also a proud volunteer as a mentor for the Aspire Foundation (UK), which is seeking to impact 1 billion women by 2020.Her passion is to keep women in the game, fill the funnel and ensure that the excuse 'we cannot find suitable women' no longer has any credibility.
