How to Open a Bar During A Global Pandemic

There is something about the lyrics to the theme tune of the TV program Cheers that seems particularly applicable to my guest today. For those who might not know them, they goes something like this, and I am not singing: 
“Sometimes you wanna go
Where everybody knows your name
And they're always glad you came
You wanna be where you can see 
Our troubles are all the same
You wanna be where everybody knows your name”

Our Cocktail of the week is Publik’s Strawberry Margarita:
INGREDIENTS 
40 ml Ocho Tequila
10 ml Fino Sherry
20 ml Strawberry cordial
5 ml Martini Fiero
5 ml Lime juice

METHOD
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker
Add ice and shake, shake, shake
Strain into a coupe glass or served on ice.
