Our cocktail of the week is the Edwards 1902 Rhubarb and Ginger-Tini, and this recipe makes two gorgeous cocktails.

INGREDIENTS

3 parts (75ml) Edwards 1902 Rhubarb Vodka3 parts (75ml) The King’s Ginger1 part (25ml) Dry White Vermouth (They love In The Loop Vermouth from East Sussex, England)A Lemon (for zest)

METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shakerAdd ice.Shake, shake, shake Strain into two Nick and Nora glassGrate lemon zest over the top of the drink
