We had the excellent opportunity to speak with Dr. Chad Sparks. Dr. Starks holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina and a doctorate in Criminology from the University of Delaware. Dr. Starks has more than two decades of experience working in the areas of criminal justice and education. He is also a popular speaker on the subject of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
