Her personal struggles with weight and metabolic disease led her to the low carbohydrate approach. To this end, she is the organizer of the World Nutrition Summit and is bringing leaders in the nutritional realm together to educated people. Neville Wellington is a general practitioner with over 21 years of experience with pediatrics and adults, specializing in diabetes management. He has extensive clinical research and is a featured speaker for the nutrition network.
