It barely feels like a blink of an eye, but it's true -- it's the 6th anniversary of Curvy Yoga! In this episode I'm reflecting on how far Curvy Yoga has come in six years, as well as what worked in our sixth year, challenges and what I see ahead for our seventh year. Mostly, I gush about how grateful I am for y-o-u and all the ways you show up for yourself, body acceptance, body affirming yoga for people of all shapes and sizes and each other.
