Something that's really on my mind these days is how we create a regular, sustainable yoga practice that can grow with us over time. What I've been playing with lately is applying an Intuitive Eating approach to yoga practice. In a nutshell, what I mean by intuitive is that it comes from your own body and needs, not from external guidelines/rules, so that (a) you're less likely to fall into a dieting-type cycle around it, starting one day, quitting four days later, being hard on yourself about it, and then starting the whole thing over and (b) you can make it as physically rigorous or not, or as long or short as you want, on any given day. This approach isn't about just lying on blankets all day as our minds sometimes tell us will happen, but rather about figuring out what we actually need (which, by the way, sometimes is lying on blankets, but not always) in any given moment.

I'm excited to have you listen in and can't wait to hear what you think, if this idea is helpful for you, etc
