LISA CORTEZ has worked in the medical field for over 30 years.  She has been employed as a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) working at various skilled rehabilitation facilities in the metro-Toledo area for the past 20 years.  Lisa works under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to treat patients with difficulty performing daily living and work activities due to illness and disabilities. 

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, Lisa Cortez plays an important role in working directly with patients with Alzheimer’s by providing solutions to the patient, family and caregivers in developing a safe and supportive environment for the Alzheimer patient far beyond the framework of traditional physical therapy.
