Best of Filler: Episode 38 a.k.a. Twelve British Actors

This week’s episode is part one in a two part series wherein the Sailor Guardians decide that, rather than rescue their kidnapped/brainwashed comrade Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Mask, they would rather participate in winter sports. Episode 38 of the 90s anime is the infamous skiing episode wherein we learn that Chad (ok fine, Yuuichirou) is not as homeless as he seems, that the Dark Kingdom possesses some sort of photo editing software with which to make fliers, and that the Sailor Moon animators were only able to edit a total of twelve unique characters, as evidenced by the fact that the villain looks exactly like Michiru.
