In our first episode we talk with Jayme Hall and Philip Appleby, two ordinary guys who had a passion for the poor and founded Outflow Ministry in St. John, New Brunswick, Canada.

Jayme and Phil talk about what first drew them to help the poor, how they got started, how their ministry grew, and what challenges they faced along the way. You'll also hear how their mission statement directly impacts what service looks like at Outflow, and how their idea of serving as if they were serving the Lord himself became one of the values that continually grounds them and gives them perspective.
