Judge Andrew Wilkinson of Maryland was killed in his driveway by a man whose divorce case had been ruled on earlier that day. The suspect, Pedro Argote, was not in attendance.

The state filed what bad acts they intend to present in the Kaitlin Armstrong trial. It is set to begin October 30th.
