I just covered the movie The Cure from 1995 starring Brad Renfro and Joseph Mazzello and Bruce Davison.

There is a interesting connection to this movie and the show The Wonder Years.

This movie was directed by Peter Horton (Thirtysomething and Children Of The Corn) who also directed The Wonder Years S2E16: Whose Woods Are These?

Also Bruce Davison who plays Dexter’s doctor in this movie, also plays Joseph Mazzello’s father in the 1992 TV Movie Desperate Choices To Save My Child and then in 1998 he plays Brad Renfro’s father in Apt Pupil.

What a small world.

I really loved this movie and hope you enjoy my review.
