Emily Ruiz has been a carnivore for over a year. She is a Revero coach and her carnivore journey involved a keto to carnivore transition mid pregnancy which became her coaching "niche." Pre, during, and post pregnancy nutrition along with feeding an animal based diet to her family are her passions. She's also found control of her undifferentiated connective tissue disease pain and inflammation and interstitial cystitis. She's 28 year old, wife to Quentin and stay at home mother to a beautiful 11 month old girl Matea. Her hobbies include embroidery and anything outdoors.
