Connie is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, cyclist, former body builder, and a busy mother of two. She has devoted her life to health and fitness in every aspect. Her family is very active and involved in many sports. Fitness, horses, dirt bikes and skiing and hiking are just a few. Her and her family generally stick to a really clean diet, but they are not any ( insert name here) particular diet but like to stick to a Paleo/whole30 type clean platform when possible. She doesn’t believe every diet is cookie cutter and is “ the right diet” for everyone. However she does stand by keeping her mind and body healthy and steers away from processed sugar and garbage food. She hope to inspire and help others crack their own health code.
