Cake is a gal I ran into on twitter who has a message.
A painful one.
She's experienced some suffering over the course of the last couple years, and instead of letting it totally destroy her world, she's decided to take life by the horns and hold on with a GI-Joe Kung-Fu Death Grip.
A biological death sentence in her mother was devastating enough, but then a fatal blow was then, very shortly thereafter, delivered to her marriage as well.
I don't want to give too much away, because Cake can tell her own story better than I can in a sentence or two, so listen in as we discuss pain and tragedy.
