The Pac-12 is set to lose UCLA and USC in 2024, and while most conference realignment conversations involve football schools it makes sense for the conference of champions to at least kick the tires on adding Mark Few and the Gonzaga Bulldogs - especially considering the geographic proximity of Spokane.

But is the relatively small media market and lack of a football team - combined with the smaller school and different academic standards - enough for the PAC-12 to vote yes for the Zags? And, perhaps more importantly, is Gonzaga willing to jump into a Pac-12 losing two of their best basketball programs, when the Big-12 has made it clear they have interest in adding them as well?
