On today's episode of Locked on Wild, Zach Zeman joins to give his reaction to the news that the KHL will not be taking on Kirill Kaprizov as a player this season. While expected, it was still a surprise to Zach to finally hear it officially put into words. We then look at some of the most memorable games of the 2020-21 season, including their Wild comeback win against Vegas 6-5 with two goals in the final 90 seconds of play, the 8-3 win over Colorado, Kirill Kaprizov's hat trick against Arizona, and his Overtime winner against the Kings to start the year. We also discuss Dean Evason keeping the team in check after a very successful roadtrip as a pivotal moment in the season as well. We then look at the 2021-22 schedule, and Zach has a few key dates to keep in mind, including reunions with Zach Parise (potentially) and Ryan Suter, as well as the first trip for the Kraken to Xcel Energy Center and of course the Winter Classic.
