The Chicago White Sox beat the Kansas City Royals on Thursday afternoon by a score of 7-1. The Sox won the series and are on a two game winning streak. White Sox starter, Johnny Cueto, returned to form and turned in a wonderful outing. The Sox used five pitchers out of the bullpen to cover 3.2 innings and only one hit was given up. For the third game in a row, the White Sox had a multiple home run game. AJ Pollock and Andrew Vaughn powered the offense. The White Sox are just one game under. 500 and four games back in the AL Central. They begin a critical three game series against the Minnesota Twins on Friday on the South Side.
