The Chicago White Sox got some solid starting pitching from Dylan Cease in Game 1 of the doubleheader and Davis Martin in Game 2. Martin made was making his major league debut. He had a solid outing but the White Sox lost to the Kansas City Royals, 2-1. The Sox did however, win the first game of the doubleheader by a score of 3-0. Dylan Cease didn't give up any runs in his 5+ innings of work. Jose Abreu provided the bulk of the offense with his huge 2-run double. When, oh when, will the Chicago White Sox provided some consistent offense? Does it have to do with consistent lineups? Lucas Giolito goes for the Sox on Wednesday and here's hoping some bats show up. Go Sox.
