How the Chicago White Sox would respond from a devastating loss on Monday night was the big question heading into action on a warm Tuesday night on the South Side. The White Sox got an outstanding pitching performance from starter Lucas Giolito and beat the Cleveland Guardians, 4-1. Giolito went seven innings and gave up only one run. The White Sox bullpen was solid and the defense did not commit an error. The White Sox offense was fueled by three hits from Tim Anderson and a big two-run homerun from Gavin Sheets, his second in two games. The Chicago White Sox go for the series win on Wednesday afternoon as Vince Velasquez looks to make it three solid outings in a row. Go Sox.
